For more than 17 years, Demetrios Hospidales has dedicated his career to service and to helping others reach their highest potential. After serving 12 years in the United States Navy and five years in law enforcement, Demetrios shifted his focus to athletic health care—a field that allowed him to combine his passion for performance, recovery, and human movement.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Master’s degree in Athletic Training from North Dakota State University. He is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Nationally Registered EMT (NREMT-B).

For the past five years, Demetrios has worked with athletes of every level—youth, high school, college, professional, and recreational. Whether helping a young athlete build a strong foundation, guiding a collegiate player through injury recovery, or supporting adults who want to stay active, his mission is the same: to deliver personalized, evidence-based care that makes a real difference.

Through Myo-Fit Mobility & Therapy, Demetrios is proud to bring his experience, compassion, and proven methods to the Fargo–Moorhead community. His goal is simple: help every client feel the difference, move better, and achieve more.
